You are now Maddy, several hours in the future. You stand in the crater where your KID'S CABIN used to be before it was struck by a rather small but nevertheless destructive falling star.

Had it not been for your sudden intuition to look out the window a few minutes earlier that led to your attention to the meteor and your abrupt evacuation of the immediate area, you certainly would have been obliterated along with your temporary shelter from the elements. Today has just been full of surprises.

Now you are once again exposed to the frigid outdoors and you have no power source for your laptop.

Upon closer inspection of your surroundings, you notice that an opening in the earth has been revealed by the meteorite's blast. It appears that it was previously situated directly underneath the cabin. You wonder if there may have been a way to access this passage from the cabin, though the thought quickly perishes as you consider the idea no longer relevant.

Both your instinct and your curiosity are urging you to enter the passage post-haste.
